We've priced this property extremely competitively. We're not charging the buyer anything for all the work we've done, only for the cost of the material.

There are no inside pictures of the house yet because the woodwork isn't finished. We expect it to be finished in about 3 months.
As we keep working on the house, and spending money on materials, the price might of course, rise. But if you visit our website we'll always update you on the progress.

As luckily we had a lot of urban land in our land parcel, it was possible for us to apply for a permission to add the square meter size of the shed [68] to the house, bringing it up to 222M2 [As well as the studio of 27M2] of living space. As you might know it is extremely difficult to get a permit to build anything in the park, every legal square meter is very valuable. We have just received a letter from the park approving our plan.
If and when we'll follow through with the project we have not decided yet.
Current situation;
Alentejo monte

After rebuild according to plan;

Algarve monte

* A lot of properties in the area are extremely long and narrow; like a 40,000M2 plot that's 10 X 4000 meters! Particularly in Rogil
